A series of fortunate events landed me two A Reserve Tickets to MiG Ayesa's WE WILL ROCK YOU Musical currently showing at the HK Academy for Performing Arts (Lyric Theater).
It was a dark and rainy night, not so long ago, a night unlike any other night. We were noisily drinking, as we usually do, when out popped two tickets for the concert the following day. It appears that my dear, handsome and generous friend, having gone through the entire effort of acquiring those precious tickets, is unable to go and watch the concert coz his wife is sick. (Poor Liz) So i scramble through my phone contact and called all the travel agents in the list, and pleaded for any morning flight to Hong Kong. The following day, I packed up my things, called my friend at 9 am the following morning and told her to brings some stuffs and meet me at the airport. To make a long story short, Hong Kong was as sweet as fresh honey from the bee-hive...(thanks to cathy pacific cx900)
2000H: we were comfortably seated in our A Reserve seats within shouting distance of the stage excitedly anticipating the start of the show which the program said would run 110mins (110 mins of bliss), then the lights went out and a huge chorus of howls from the audience enveloped the entire theater. Ga-Ga-Gah, Ga-Ga-Gah... everyone went GaHGaH
110 mins of rocking bliss, 110 mins of ecstasy, 110 mins of unforgettable memories. it was the best show i have ever seen... and by the end of the show, everyone is up on their feet and screaming for more. MiG Ayesa rocks as Galileo
i dont want to go on blabbing on how good this show is, i can only tell you one thing: WATCH THIS MUSICAL! you wont regret it.

V. nice review. So, being the clever ticket snagger that you are, I hope you were able to grab a face to face with MiG at the stage door, or even roaming the halls. If you get that chance, you won't regret it.
